1- Check the availability

Enter your arrival date and the duration of your stay in the internal search engine of the site so that you can select the flats available in that period and see in which area they are located.

Remember to write down the following information:

  • Check-in date
  • Check-out date
  • Number of people
  • Pets allowed
  • Your monthly Budget
  • Reason for residence (temporary employment contract)

If you have found a suitable property, please contact us using the form in the flat mask or create your individual search request.

Under “Messages”, please enter the period from which you would like to rent the property. Your monthly budget for the rental, which includes all utilities and connections.

It is also important to state the reason for your stay, whether you are coming to Berlin as an exchange student or would like to work for a limited period of time. You can also rent a replacement flat if you have to move out temporarily due to a renovation of your own flat.

We will send you our available flats and accompany you every step of the way with your personal contact person.

We will verify your request and we will answer you as soon as possible with a detailed rental proposal, also indicating the documentation required to finalize the rental contract.

You will also receive alternative proposals if the flat chosen by you is not available or is not compatible with your requests.

Confirm the rental proposal as soon as possible and request the contract.

Fill out the contract in all its parts and send it to us within 24 hours after receiving it.

Only when the contract is signed will the flat be reserved.
